No Dead Ends
The consulting gig that started it all. I gave a vedic-astrology services platform for the Art of Living's Jyotis Vastu Academy a visual glow-up, and rebuilt its booking flow so people could check out a whole lot faster.

The Challenge
The original platform had three big problems.
- An outdated visual interface
- A complex, multi-step booking flow
- No visual consistency from page to page
The Results
Post-revamp, the site finally looked the part, and booking stopped getting in people's way.
The Process
Research & Analysis
Dug into Google Analytics, ran a site audit, mapped the user flows, and built moodboards to explore where the visuals could go.
Information Architecture
Restructured the site around one principle: the path of least resistance.
Wireframes & Prototypes
Low-fidelity wireframes refined with user feedback, then a high-fidelity, interactive prototype to put it to the test.
User Acceptance Testing
Internal tests with a diverse group of users to validate the design and catch what we'd missed.
Visual Design & Style Guide
A cohesive language of color, type, and iconography, plus a style guide to keep future updates consistent.
The Fatal Pain Point
All that effort, then a dead end.
The biggest problem lived in the most crucial flow: booking. Here's what someone had to do before finding out if a slot was even open.
- Pick a consultation
- Choose a consultant
- Fill out their personal information
- Fill out the consultation details
- Discover there's no slot available, with no way to switch consultants. Back to square one.
The Solution
We fixed it with two moves.
The quick path
A much faster route that takes people straight from the homepage into booking.
Journey re-order
Two steps merged into one, so people land on a consultant with the availability they want in seconds.
Conclusion
The new visuals and a smoother booking flow grew traffic steadily to 50,000+ users a month. Slots started selling out so often that the academy had to bring on new consultants to keep up.
